Fine Dining
- Piaf. Like the French chanteuse namesake, our gourmet restaurant Piaf is bold and intricate. Celebrated French chef Michel Mustiere delivers an unforgettable gastronomic experience using the intricate flavors of traditional French cuisine. You will savor the most exquisite dishes prepared in an innovative spirit with only the freshest ingredients. Mouth watering soups and sauces, savory meats and poultry and irresistibly tempting desserts are all part of the gourmet experience that awaits you at Piaf.

Dress Code: Business Casual; no flip-flops, T-shirts or shorts - Sen Lin Restaurant & Bar. Our Chef has carefully chosen the best cuisine from the two most important regions in Asia: China, Japan and Korea in the northeast and Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Cambodia in the southwest part of the continent. Traditionally, Asian cuisine includes the most delicious steam-cooked rice or freshly made noodles in every shape and size accompanied by numerous side dishes; each individual dish will be sweet, sour, salty or bitter. Ingredients vary by province, but there is always special emphasis on the use of fresh vegetables and spices along with dipping sauces.
The Sen Lin is a family friendly restaurant, located in the convention center of the hotel and opens daily from 6pm to 11pm. Reservations required. Live music. Indoor air-conditioned seating.

The Sen Lin is a smoke-free restaurant. 
Frida. Named for the famous Mexican painter, Frida offers the very best of Mexico's traditional haute cuisine but with a modern twist. Every dish is a colorful work of art, a mouth watering masterpiece that reflects Mexico's rich European heritage. The menu covers a wide spectrum of local cuisine - from exotic squash blossoms to multi-colored sauces flavored with soft tasting peppers - as well as our Chefs own version of world famous Mexican dishes.
Frida is located on the third floor of the resort and features ocean front views. It is open daily from 6 pm to 11 pm. Reservations required. Live music. Outdoor terrace and indoor air-conditioned seating available.

Frida is a non-smoking restaurant.- Cocina de Autor - Signature Restaurant. Dining at Cocina de Autor is an experience of flavors and aromas created by internationally renowned Spanish Chefs Bruno Oteiza and Mikel Alonso. New gastronomic delicacies are unveiled every day as Chef Oteiza and Chef Alonso include thier signature dishes in the a la carte menu. Dont miss the opportunity of savoring the best of the best in the world of haute cuisine!
Cocina de Autor is open daily fron 6pm to 11 pm. Reservations required. All seating is in our air-conditioned dining area.

All Day Casual Dining
- Azul. Azul restaurant is all-day casual oceanfront settings for enjoying delicious meals any time of day with friends and family in a relaxing open-air atmosphere. The international buffet features scrumptious cuisine from around the world: Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Mexican and American favorites, as well as mouth watering fare from our delicious grill.
Azul restaurant is located in the family section of the resort. Open daily from 7 am to 11 pm. Smoking and non-smoking sections available. 
Bistro. This French-style restaurant is located beachfront in the adults-only section of the resort.
Stop by for a cup of freshly brewed coffee and you might be tempted to try the most delicious croissants straight from the oven. The menu offers a wide selection of popular French dishes, such as soups & salads, sandwiches on French bread and deliciously tempting quiches that you can enjoy with a great selection of international wines.

Age Restrictions: 19 and older- Chaká. Savor sights and sounds among Mangroves, Chechen, Salam and Chaka trees at Chaká, an all-day, causal restaurant located near the pool of the Grand Velas jungle section of the hotel. Enjoy an international array of dishes and delightful organic experiences. Chaká's relaxing open-air atmosphere is complemented by tantalizing entrees, delicious desserts, international wines and specialty coffees from all over the world. Savor the sights and sounds of the jungle while you enjoy a delightful dining experience.

Snack Bars. Snack around the world at our three open-air snack bars that offer appetizing French, Middle Eastern, Italian, Asian or American delicacies. Their unique menu features lettuce wraps, mini-pizzas and much, much more. Open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. [Top]

Bars
- Sky Bar. The rooftop Sky Bar offers prime sunset viewing, delicious drinks in a hip-lounge setting, DJ music and dancing. The Sky Bar is located on the 4th floor of the resort's adults-only area. Open from 6 pm to 12 am.
- Aqua Bar(3). Sip your favorite top-shelf mix at the poolside Aqua Bar located in the resorts main pool area. Enjoy the convenience of swim-up or dry seating. The Aqua Bar is a favorite hot spot for enjoying a refreshing tropical beverage while relaxing at or in the pool. Open daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
- Sen Lin Bar. Cool off at the Sen Lin Bar with some delicious exotic combinations for a perfect balance. Open daily from 5 pm to 2 am.
- Karaoke Bar. Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, we give you another reason to smile. Come sing and dance the night away at our state-of-the-art Karaoke Bar. Choose from over hundreds of songs to live out your rock star dreams or sit and enjoy the melodies of others as you sip the best cocktails, wines and liquors in town. The Karaoke Bar is located in the Grand Velas Ambassador family friendly section and is open from 6:00 pm – 12:30 am
- Lobby Bar(2). Socialize with friends or colleagues at the resorts two lobby bars featuring only the finest choices in premium liquor, beer and wine and an appetizer menu. The lobby bars broadcast sporting events on TV and feature live entertainment on select evenings. Outdoor terrace and air-conditioned seating is available. Open daily from 6 pm to 2 am. [Top]
