The star of the show is haute French cuisine, created by the same Chef Mustiere, who greatly respects the essence of the ingredients in his kitchen without using any type of flour or powders. He also provides a touch of modernism and elegance to his presentations and prepares each dish with the reductions, consommés and stocks, and meticulous, brilliant sauces that impart the impeccable, classic flavors that distinguish them. Chef Mustiere uses fresh products of excellent quality; the best products, along with his French technique and personal touch, result in a memorable culinary experience that embodies, recognizes the Chef, a good deal of his family, friends, travels and his over 25 years of experience in kitchens around the world.
Delight in dishes like Oysters in Champagne Sabayón, Open Raviol of Escargots á la Bourguignonne, Roasted Sea Bass in Black Butter, Confit of Duck in Red Wine, and Apple Tart flambéed in Calvados; a secret recipe passed down from our Chef's grandmother.
