It's a behind the scenes tour of the kitchen that services the resort's eight restaurants, room service, pool and VIP food amenities, weddings, banquets and more. And better yet, there's no need to get up early in the morning to see this. The tour is given once a week on Thursdays at 11 a.m.

Guests will see everything from the making of chocolate bonbons in the special chocolate room and where 60 different kinds of breads and 80 different pastries are created and baked, to juicing 2000 pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables for daily juices, and preparation of all the staples of Mexican cuisine. Other area visited include the butcher shop and commissary.
