Wayu "Light" Wattanakamin
Born in Thailand, Chef Wayu "Light" Wattanakamin has 14 years experience in the culinary industry. He began life as a chef in the kitchen of his own restaurant in his home country. He then broadened his expertise with travels to Kuwait, Dubai, Doha and Malaysia. His talent and experience inspire him to create Asian fusion menus that balance modern and ancient cuisine with new textures and traditional ingredients inspired by recipes passed down from his mother.
