Where do I start... this place is incredible. Been coming to Mexico for years but it's my first time at grand velas and it's absolutely fantastic. The styling of the place, the service, the food... everything! Don't hesitate-book it!

It starts and ends with amazing service. Incredible staff, professionals who are trained well. All requests no matter how complicated they figured out a win solution for us. Nothing was acceptable by them until we were completely satisfied. Thank you Annie for managing all our needs - you are a great concierge and worth your weight in gold. However, the facilities are also worth mentioning. Luxurious, Clean, manicured , working and available make the is resort even more amazing. Lastly- food is something we can’t avoid mentioning. What an amazing menu and number of restaurants. Amazing food. So thank you - Grand Velas and team!
