Excelente experiencia, las mejores instalaciones, la mejor comida pero definitivamente sus empleados hacen sentir al huesped como un rey, quiero agradecer inmensamente la visita guiada de Ana y las excelentes recomendaciones de Daniel en el restaurante Azul, ojala el turismo mundial estuviese lleno de mejicanos, quienes siempre tienen una sonrisa en sus labios y se esmeran por hacer un excelente trabajo, Viva Mexico

This resort is absolute paradise! Every moment spent here was pure bliss. The staff are wonderful, incredibly attentive and so nice! They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best in every way. Every restaurant has amazing and delicious food of all cuisines and the cocktails are a real standout! I would highly recommend Grand Velas to anyone who wants to visit Mexico, there is so much to do here and you will feel like royalty

Beautiful, secluded location. Phenomenal weather. The staff attended to our every need. The concierge appeared as if by magic which reminded us both of Fantasy Island. Everyone, from check-in to wait staff to bartender (hi Oscar!) to room service to housekeeping to beach services to poolside service... EVERYONE... was attentive, polite and met our every need. The restaurants offer everything from American-style snacks (poolside) to buffets to fine-dining for cuisines including Mexican, French, Asian, Italian. All-inclusive drinks included a good selection of wines and premium liquors. And then there's the spa. You must enjoy at least one spa day. I've been fortunate to visit some outstanding spas, and the spa at grand velas far exceeded any of them. Their attention to each guest allows you to fully experience the spa experience -- you know, that zen state that allows you to clear your head and relax to a hardly-can-remember-my-name state. Amazing.
