After falling in love with the Grand Velas properties during our stay at the Cabo location, we decided to spend our son’s birthday at the Riviera Maya resort. Again, they were top notch and incredible. We stayed in the zen section, which was super cool, and felt like we were staying in an elaborate tree house. Our son once more fell in love with the kids club, and never wanted the vacation to end. Thanks to everyone there for making his birthday trip unforgettable.

Lucca stood out in particular; the cuisine was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Special thanks to Santos at Lucca, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness made our dining experience especially memorable. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views and every comfort imaginable. Housekeeping was flawless, and the attention to detail made us feel pampered each and every day. The resort itself is stunning—peaceful, elegant, and immaculately maintained. Whether relaxing by the pool, walking through the grounds, enjoying the spa, or simply taking in the atmosphere, everything felt refined and serene. Pasé el año nuevo para recibir el 2026 y fue una experiencia mágica. El grupo de magos que se presentaron me encantó muchísimo, cada uno de ellos. Se nota bastante que son de alta categoría y excelente nivel. Cada acto muy profesional y verdaderamente mágico. Me dejaron con la boca abierta y sin poder parpadear. En todo momento al intentar comprender lo que pasaba te sorprendían con algo nuevo, no sé cómo logran que tenga ese sentimiento. Fueron varios bloques, por así decirlo. Ojalá repitieran este tipo de espectáculos que te vuelan la cabeza!! Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, atentos y realmente se preocupan por ti. La comida y bebidas es de otro planeta! Todo está buenísimo, las recomendaciones de los meseros y Bartenders 100/10, incluso puedes decirles tus gustos específicos y siempre son atinados. El Hotel es muy hermoso, no importa en qué dirección mires todo es precioso. Las actividades son entretenidas, divertidas y de mucho aprendizaje. Mi estadía fue muy satisfactoria.
