The exclusive Grand Class adult-only area of the resort is designed for optimum privacy and relaxation and features 90 sophisticated ocean-view suites with private plunge pools, in-room massage tables, two Jacuzzis and modern conveniences such as wireless Internet ($), a DVD/CD/MP3 player and a plasma screen TV. This section now accepts teenagers from 12 to 16 years old on floors 2 and 3, sharing the suite with their parents.
The Ambassador family-friendly area of the resort includes 195 spacious 1,200+ square foot ocean-view suites with a terrace, a sitting area, and some with private plunge pool. All our beautiful Riviera Maya suites offer interior Jacuzzis and terraces to enhance your experience in paradise.These suites are conveniently arranged around the main infinity pool, near the Ambassador Section Kid's Club and gym.
The Zen Grand Section is located ¾ of a mile from the beach, in the natural environment of the Mayan Jungle. This family-friendly section features 206 handsomely furnished suites, each over 1,100 square feet with interior Jacuzzi. Business travelers will enjoy the proximity of these suites to the convention center, and all guests enjoy the Zen Grand Pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Guests in this section access the beach and other sections of the resort by taking a 2-3 minute shuttle at any time of day or night.
