Ricardo de la Vega
A native of Mexico City, Chef Ricardo de la Vega began his culinary adventure as an assistant in several of the city's top restaurants. His passion for culinary arts was evident from the start, and his numerous awards, including first place in the "La Best Du Or" by La Toque Blanche in it's "Flavors of Mexico in London" event in England is proof of his commitment. His goal is to craft traditional Mexican cuisine with contemporary elements while staying true to each dish's traditional essence.
