A Our Kids' Club at Grand Velas Riviera Maya is for children ages 4 to 12 and open from 9 am to 10:45 pm. The Teens' Club is for ages 13-18 years old and open from 11 am to 12 am. For the little ones, the baby concierge is there to help make arrangements to keep the infants happy throughout the day.

A Yes, the oceanfront ambiance Grand Class ahowcases an infinity pool for adults only. Staying at Zen or Ambassador ambiance does not exclude the adults to live the privacy and relaxation experienced at this pool. Some restaurants offer this adults-only atmosphere: Piaf and Cocina de Autor are open for guests over 16 years old (with dining seatings for children ages 12+ from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.) and Bistro (16+), which are also located in Grand Class section.
