Helping guests achieve inner wellness and peace, the 60-min knotting session will teach guests to make a wall hanger. While crafting, participants will be treated to a Blue Spirulina Lemonade. The drink is a good source of protein, Vitamin B and iron and features additional benefits like improving digestion and removing toxins from the body. The Mindful Macrame Workshop at Grand Velas Riviera Maya is held every Thursday, April 15 through September, for small groups of 3 - 6 people. The class costs $48 USD per person.

All Spa Atelier workshops are inspired by local Mexican culture and based upon the principles of ancient Ayurvedic medicine that center around self-discovery. The Spa Atelier program at Grand Velas Riviera Maya also consists of an Energy Bites Superfood Workshop and Mandala meditation while its Los Cabos counterpart offers tea discovery, DIY body scrubs based on one's Dosha and a Natura Bissé Facial Masterclass.
