Rates are per person, per night, based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice (not valid for groups). They include taxes and gratuities.

All reservations must be confirmed with the traveling person's credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard). Upon arrival, a credit card and ID are required. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.

The discount on luxury suites applies to Zen Grand Suites as the following:
10% off with a flexible booking policy.
15% off with a non-refundable booking policy.

The discount on special category suites applies to Ambassador Suites and Grand Class Suites, as the following:
15% off with a flexible booking policy.
20% off with a non-refundable booking policy.

Kids' stay between 4 and 12 years old is included when booking a Zen Grand Nature View Suite, Zen Grand Pool Nature View Suite, and Zen Grand Two-Bedroom Family Suite Nature View. To travel before December 15th, 2025.

The discount on kids' stay applies when booking an Ambassador Ocean View Suite, Ambassador Pool Oceanfront Suite, or Ambassador Two-Bedroom Family Suite Ocean View.

The discount for teens applies to ages 13 to 15 —a maximum of 2 minors per suite—and applies when booking an Ambassador Ocean View Suite, Ambassador Pool Oceanfront Suite, or Ambassador Two-Bedroom Family Suite Ocean View.

The access to the Water Ceremony is for up to 2 adults per suite, once per stay.

Spa credit applies to treatments of 50+ minutes. Spa credit cannot be transferred from one guest to another, accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. It does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, or outdoor Spa treatments (Spa Corner).

The credit toward an In.Joy! Photography package requires a minimum purchase of 50 photos to redeem. Only one credit may be applied per photoshoot. The outstanding balance is to be paid directly to In Joy Photography. Reservations should be made with the In Joy Photography desk upon arrival. The credit is not cumulative and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or programs.
