All reservations must be confirmed with the traveling person's credit card (Visa, AMEX, and MC). A credit card and ID are required upon your arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
The kids free special applies to minors aged 4 to 12, staying in the Zen Grand category. Blackout dates: November 20th to 26th, 2023.
The 50% off for kids applies to minors aged 4 to 12 and teens aged 13 to 15. This special applies to minors staying in the Ambassador and Grand Class categories. Blackout dates: July 1st to September 30th, 2023; and November 20th to 26th, 2023.
Spa credit is per person per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, Water Ceremony, or the Spa Corner treatments. Spa Credit cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash or combined with any other Spa promotion or consortia amenities. Unused balances will not be refunded. Does not apply to treatments to outdoor Spa treatments.
The Photoshoot session is complimentary, but you can select a photo package from the different available options ($). Contact our e-Concierge for more info: [email protected]. The $100 USD credit applies when buying 12-package photos, and the $200 USD on the 40-package photos.
