All reservations must be confirmed with the traveling person's credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard). Upon arrival, a credit card and ID are required. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
The minors' stay (from 4 to 15 years old) applies only in the Zen Grand, Zen Grand Pool, and Zen Grand Family suite categories. Valid to travel from August 1st to December 15th, 2024.

Spa credit is per person per night and is not combinable with Consortia amenities. It applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; it does not apply to the beauty salon, Spa Boutique, Water Ceremony, or outdoor Spa treatments (Spa Corner). It cannot be transferred from one guest to another, accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other Spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. Does not apply to Spa Corner treatments. The Water Ceremony and any other Spa service require a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the Spa.
