- Stay at Ambassador Pool Suite which is composed by One 80 min herbal poultices will help stimulate your body's and face natural flow. Specifically designed to promote healing and enhance full body detoxification, all while basking in ultimate relaxation. Subtle aromas of sage, rosemary, thyme, valerian, eucalyptus, melissa, lavender, chamomile and ginger will mindful the moment, while helping to decompress your mind, it reduces muscle tension as well as joint inflammation. Finish your experience with a rub in articulations made of herb infused alcohol.
- $50 US Spa Credit per adult per night. SPA Bonus applicable to massage, facial or body wrap treatments with a duration of 50 min or more, at the SPA. Spa Credit is not transferable between guests, non cumulative, not redeemable for cash, unused balances will not be refunded. Cannot be combined with other Spa promotions. Does not apply to SPA Boutique, Beauty Salon, Hydrotherapy Circuit nor Spa Cabanas. Credit is not valid for the session included in this package.

- SPA Welcome 80 minutes before your schedule appointment if you would like to experience the Grand Velas Hydrothermal Journey or 20 minutes at least before in order to have time to change your clothes.
- Cancellations and changes to scheduled services, times or dates must be made 6 hours prior to the appointment. After this time a charge of 50% of the total value of the service will be applied, without any refunds.
- If you have paid for your SPA Experience in advance and were unable to attend, you are not entitled to a refund of this prepayment. If illness prevented your attendance, medical proof is required to reschedule your treatment.
- Package valid only for booking with a 3 nights mínimum. Not valid for Wedddings or groups Promotion valid to new bookings only. Minimum stay 3 nights.
- Rates packages subject to change without notice. Not applicable for equipment rental and food and beverage.
- Cancellation should be received 24 hours before the arrival. The resort credit voucher should be presented at the time of the check-in in the course.
- All prices are in US Dollar. Includes 16% (IVA).
