• Cancellations and changes to scheduled services, times or dates must be made 6 hours prior to the appointment. After this time a charge of 50% of the total value of the service will be applied, without any refunds.
• If you have paid for your SPA Experience in advance and were unable to attend, you are not entitled to a refund of this prepayment. If illness prevented your attendance, medical proof is required to reschedule your treatment.
