All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the person that is traveling. A credit card and ID are required upon your arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.

Kids' (ages 4-12) and teens' (ages 13-15) stays are included for up to 2 minors sharing a suite with 2 adults in any Zen Grand ambiance category. Valid for travel from June 4th to October 31st, 2025.
The special rate for children (ages 4-12) and teens (ages 13-15) is included for up to 2 minors sharing a suite with 2 adults in any Grand Class or Ambassador ambiance category. Valid for travel from June 4th to October 31st, 2025.
Suite upgrade is valid at the time of booking and applies from an Ambassador Ocean View Suite to a Grand Class Oceanfront Suite. Valid for travel from July 1st to August 10th, 2025.
Spa credit is per person, per night, and it is not combinable with Consortia amenities. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, Water Ceremony, or spa cabanas. It cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. Does not apply to spa cabanas treatments. The Water Ceremony, as well as any other spa service, requires a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the spa.
