- Rates are per person per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice. Taxes and tips are included.
- All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the traveling person. A credit card and identification are required upon arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
- Stay included in the rate for 2 children aged 4 to 12 years sharing the suite with their parents. Available to book until August 31st, and travel from September 1st to December 17th, 2026.
- The discount for teens applies to up to two minors aged 13 to 15 sharing a suite with at least one adult. Available to book until August 31st, and travel from September 1st to December 17th, 2026.
- The suite upgrade applies from the Zen Grand Nature View Suite to the Ambassador Ocean View Suite, and from the Ambassador Ocean View Suite to the Grand Class Pool Suite Ocean Front. Available to book until August 31st, and travel from September 1st to December 17th, 2026.
- Spa credit is per person per night, and it is not combinable with consortia amenities. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to beauty salon, spa boutique, Water Ceremony, or Spa Cabanas. It cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. The Water Ceremony, as well as any other spa service, requires a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the spa.
- The 45-minute professional photo session with The Evera Collective is complimentary. Digital photos are not included. Upon completion, 80 to 120 photographs will be available for optional purchase at $45 USD per photo. A reservation is required and must be scheduled at least two days in advance.
