• The components of this package are not transferable from one guest to another, cumulative, interchangeable for cash nor combinable with any other promotion and may be subject to availability and changes without notice.
• Spa massages are not transferable from one guest to another, cumulative, refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other promotion. The Water Ceremony, as well as any other Spa service, requires previous reservation with the Concierge or directly at the Spa. The minimum age to use the Spa facilities is 16 years old.
• Boutique discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount and not applicable for Spa boutique.
• Ecotour: We invite you to tour the property to learn more about the local flora and fauna including trees, mangroves, Mayan legends and more. The tour concludes with our "Putting down the roots" reforestation program, which includes a T-shirt and official certificate. Please note that the ecotour is offered two days a week at times specified by the resort. Advance reservation is required with your Concierge at least 24 hours in advance.
• Mini golf tournaments are held once a week at times specified by the resort. Advanced reservation is required with your Concierge at least 24 hours in advance. Contact our Concierge at [email protected] for more information about all onsite activities.
