Amazing place!! Everyone was extremely helpful.. everything included, food, drinks, sports, kids and teens Clubs!! We tried all the special Restaurants, you have to make reservations but everything is included..! 5 stars all of them! Excellent service around the pools!!
The Grand Velas, Zen section, is lovely and peaceful. The attention and service orientation of staff is exceptional and worth noting. Each individual is caring and focused on providing for your needs. I found this to be true across the board, from the section concierge, room service, housekeeping and laundry delivery, as well as within the restaurants and event services. Pride is evident and it shows in the execution of services.
