Nos encanta esta cadena. El servicio muy bueno, las instalaciones hermosas. Nos quedamos en el área Zen y nos pareció hermoso. Nuestro concierge Hector muy profesional y atento. Esperamos regresar pronto.

Great stay at Grand Velas. Staff was warm and attentive, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool setup was excellent. The beach really stood out wide, clean, and better than Banyan Tree, Rosewood, and Fairmont in my experience. Would definitely come back.

This is hands down one of the best all-inclusive stays! We went during Spring Break and in celebration of our oldest turning 6. Our concierge (Braulio and Alfonso) went above and beyond daily to make sure our kiddo was celebrated. Additionally there were a handful of other amazing staff that went above and beyond including: Astrid - Teens Club Ernesto & Rubicel - Azul Adolfo & Ángel - Lucca Dani - Chaka José | Irvin - Ambassador pool It was truly a great experience! Thank you!! Highly recommend.
