We had an amazing experience here! The facilities were beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Gabriel in the Zen pools—he was an absolute angel. So kind, attentive, and welcoming, he truly made our visit even more special. His service went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We are staying at the Grand Velas right now and it has been the best experience! We've been working with Nico and Ricardo, who are personal concierges, and it's been such a smooth process to get all the reservations, massages, and other activities scheduled through them. The ability to send them WhatsApp messages to get anything handled is such an awesome process. I messaged Nico that I needed a few products that I forgot to bring… Nico said he would go into town and buy them and bring them to me. The other thing that I really like is that the Grand Velas has a "pillow menu". If you don't like the pillows in your room, you can just order different “speciality” pillows (with varying support and hardness) and they'll bring them directly to you, which is such an awesome thing that I've never seen at any other place in the world. The Grand Velas never ceases to amaze with its ability to provide an outstanding experience in every way. Five stars all around. I highly recommend that you stay at the Grand Velas. It is the best resort in the entire world! This is the definition of peak luxury and opulence.

We are repeat visitors to Grand Velas Riviera Maya, and it continues to set the standard for what a truly exceptional resort experience should be. From the moment you arrive, the entire operation runs with a level of care and hospitality that is remarkable. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we have had wonderful stays in both the Ambassador and Zen sections of the resort. The food continues to be a highlight of every visit. The wine list is excellent, especially at Frida, where we discovered several surprising and wonderful Mexican wines that paired beautifully with the menu. Sen Lin is always a highlight for us, and Azul never disappoints. Antonio and Juan at Azul took wonderful care of us, and Fernely at Chaka was equally fantastic. The kids clubs are also exceptional and make traveling as a family feel truly relaxing. Our children loved the programming, and the staff are thoughtful, warm, and attentive. A special thank you as well to Edith for the beautiful yoga classes and to our concierge Dariana, who helped make every detail of our stay seamless. Kudos to the entire Grand Velas team. It is clear that a tremendous amount of care and pride goes into creating such a consistently special experience. The leadership and culture behind this resort truly show through the warmth and professionalism of every team member we encountered. We always leave already looking forward to our next visit.
