Best vacation ever! Stayed in the Grand Class,room was beautiful, pool is unbelievable. Food was amazing. Please give Roberto our butler and Angel by the ambassador pool a raise! I will come back again. My only questionable remark was Autor restrurant we did not enjoy. The service was great did not like the food.

I just returned from a girls' trip to your fabulous hotel. Hands down, all six of us agreed that our time at the spa was the best spa experience we've ever had and we have been to many wonderful spas around the country (and internationally). We were also completely blown away by each and every staff member and our wonderful concierge (Marianna). The attention to detail, the attitudes and the overall joy that each staff member exuded made our time at Grand Velas an absolute dream. The food was delicious and we appreciated the extra "bells and whistles" for our friend celebrating her birthday on the trip. Bottom line, we have all come back raving about our experience and I have recommended your beautiful resort to many co-workers and friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a memorable time!

A huge Thank You to everyone at Grand Velas!! My husband, daughter and I had the most amazing vacation that we will never forget. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable every day. We enjoyed every restaurant we went to, incredible food and service....especially Juan at Azul!! He went above and beyond each time he waited on us. Sebastian, our Personal Concierge, was top notch and was extremely helpful in assisting us each day with booking reservations and often to make suggestions. Arendy and her coworkers at the concierge desk couldn't have been more helpful. They actually took the time to help my daughter with a Spanish project and found something for her to take home with her for her project!! Truly everyone there (I wish I remembered everyone's name) was so friendly and awesome and made our stay so much more memorable!! We stayed in the Ambassador suite and it was not only comfortable in every way, the beautiful sunrise each morning was the perfect way to start the day. The Spa at Zen was a more than amazing experience, best massage ever!! There isn't one negative thing we could say....except it had to come to an end. We will be back and will let all our Family and Friends know where to find Paradise!! Thank you so much for a vacation to remember!!

This has to be the absolute best all-inclusive I have ever experienced. This was a couples trip so we got to stay on the adult Grand Class side of the property. The room was huge and on the 2nd floor and up incredible direct views of the beach and ocean. The pools (3 total on the property) were also very nice and the beach was white powder sand. The ocean water was wonderful. A little rocky but nothing unmanageable. The service was the absolute best I have experienced in the Caribbean/Mexico. Blanca was extremely attentive with very professional client service. Manuel, the beach/pool manager, was professional and accommodating with anything and everything we needed. The pool attendants at Grand Class were also very professional and even brought over chairs at the pool when all were taken. As for the food, we very much enjoyed Bistro for breakfast and dinner, Piaf was wonderful, did not like Cocina de autor (tasking menu), and the buffet at Azul for lunch was pretty good. We very much enjoyed the the Koi bar at the Zen building where we watched the final four on an enormous screen. The spa took the cake for us with an absolutely wonderful massage that came with the ability to lounge at the indoor hydrotherapy pool area unlike anything I have experienced at anywhere else. The kids activities looked great and tempts us to go back with ours. Either way we will certainly keep this place in our rotation.
