We are repeat visitors to Grand Velas Riviera Maya, and it continues to set the standard for what a truly exceptional resort experience should be. From the moment you arrive, the entire operation runs with a level of care and hospitality that is remarkable. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we have had wonderful stays in both the Ambassador and Zen sections of the resort. The food continues to be a highlight of every visit. The wine list is excellent, especially at Frida, where we discovered several surprising and wonderful Mexican wines that paired beautifully with the menu. Sen Lin is always a highlight for us, and Azul never disappoints. Antonio and Juan at Azul took wonderful care of us, and Fernely at Chaka was equally fantastic. The kids clubs are also exceptional and make traveling as a family feel truly relaxing. Our children loved the programming, and the staff are thoughtful, warm, and attentive. A special thank you as well to Edith for the beautiful yoga classes and to our concierge Dariana, who helped make every detail of our stay seamless. Kudos to the entire Grand Velas team. It is clear that a tremendous amount of care and pride goes into creating such a consistently special experience. The leadership and culture behind this resort truly show through the warmth and professionalism of every team member we encountered. We always leave already looking forward to our next visit.

Grand Velas Riviera Maya was one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. The property is absolutely stunning, the food was incredible at every restaurant, and the service was on another level from the moment we arrived. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with amazing views and attention to detail throughout the resort. The pools, beach, spa, and overall atmosphere made it easy to completely relax and enjoy the trip. What really stood out was how consistent the service was everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Whether traveling as a couple, with family, or just looking for a luxury getaway, this place delivers. Already looking forward to coming back.
