This is hands down one of the best all-inclusive stays! We went during Spring Break and in celebration of our oldest turning 6. Our concierge (Braulio and Alfonso) went above and beyond daily to make sure our kiddo was celebrated. Additionally there were a handful of other amazing staff that went above and beyond including: Astrid - Teens Club Ernesto & Rubicel - Azul Adolfo & Ángel - Lucca Dani - Chaka José | Irvin - Ambassador pool It was truly a great experience! Thank you!! Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Grand Velas overall. Food was excellent, easily one of the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Sin Lin was the highlight — definitely the star restaurant of the hotel. The property is beautiful and huge, and everything is kept very clean. You can tell they really take care of the place. Our concierge, Jessica, was great — very kind, polite, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Honestly, the staff are what make this place. Everyone is hospitable, respectful, and willing to help, which makes a big difference. If you’re trying to avoid the usual mediocre all-inclusive experience, this is a solid choice.

If I want to be a little fussy , I would say their Coffee quality did not impress me. If you care about quality third wave barista level coffee , they have only commercial automatic coffee makers even at their coffee shop. If you are good with Starbucks quality them its just fine
