My experience at Grand Velas Riviera Maya was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. From the suite —spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed— to every detail of the service, everything exceeded my expectations. The dining experience is outstanding. I had the opportunity to try Bistro, Chaka, Lucca, and Frida, and in every restaurant, both the quality of the food and the level of service were top-notch. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and presented. The resort grounds are impeccably maintained, and something I truly appreciated is that it never feels crowded. Everything flows seamlessly, allowing for a genuinely relaxing experience. I would especially like to recognize a few individuals who made our stay even more memorable: - Ricardo, concierge, for his excellent service, great communication, and for always going above and beyond. - Ángel and Michael at the Grand Class pool, for their attentive and friendly service. - Fátima at the Ambassador pool, always helpful and welcoming. - Abraham at Cocina de Autor, for an outstanding dining experience. - Juan at Chaka breakfast, for his warmth and impeccable service. As a Mexican living abroad, it makes me incredibly proud to see the level of service, hospitality, and facilities offered in our country. This is truly a world-class experience that I would highly recommend again and again

Great stay at Grand Velas. Staff was warm and attentive, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool setup was excellent. The beach really stood out wide, clean, and better than Banyan Tree, Rosewood, and Fairmont in my experience. Would definitely come back.

This is hands down one of the best all-inclusive stays! We went during Spring Break and in celebration of our oldest turning 6. Our concierge (Braulio and Alfonso) went above and beyond daily to make sure our kiddo was celebrated. Additionally there were a handful of other amazing staff that went above and beyond including: Astrid - Teens Club Ernesto & Rubicel - Azul Adolfo & Ángel - Lucca Dani - Chaka José | Irvin - Ambassador pool It was truly a great experience! Thank you!! Highly recommend.
