We have been vacationing at Grand Velas Riviera Maya with our family since 2019 and love returning to familiar faces! The resort truly feels like a second home when everyone remembers the kids, their hobbies, our names, favorite foods and drinks, etc. My boys look forward to visiting Nicholas in the Teens Club and loved the new renovation with the addition of the ping pong and pool tables. We were happy to see Nancy again in Azul and her attention to detail is amazing. She really goes the extra mile for us on every trip! Carolina and Sofia surprised us with birthday balloons for my father and a bubble bath decorated for my son's favorite character, Mario! They looked for ways to make each day special for us. The property is beautiful, the food gourmet, but it is the impeccable customer service that keeps us coming back every year! Looking forward to our next visit and excited to see the second floor addition to the Teens Club then!
