Great experience! The karaoke bar service was spectacular the bartenders Alejandra and Orlando where top notch service multiple options. I tried something new every time and they made sure my table was clean. Room service was amazing! Every morning when I went for breakfast y the time I was back bed was made towels where replaced the room service even went the extra mile to fix my shoes and makeup. The view and the pools were so clean I loved that everyone always said hello. 24/7 room service. Has chapel and gym services as well

Our experience at Grand Velas Riviera Maya was absolutely incredible. As a first timer in Mexico, I was blown away by the customer service, beauty, and experience of the culture through the employees and people. This was a company trip in which Top Performers were awarded this experience and it left many of us inspired to take the same delightful experience to our customers back at home. Most importantly, our concierge, Nico, went above and beyond to make us feel EXTRA cared for and special. As if we didn’t feel gifted enough, he didn’t just complete our requests, he anticipated them, was proactive about delighting us and that felt so good! He is warm, friendly, easy to talk to, and puts his own touch on his service. He has lots of ambition, drive, & I can tell he’s going to have a great career here. Everyone from the room staff to pool staff to bartenders, to waiters were amazing. I am honored to have this experience and cannot wait to be back! 10/10 recommend!
