Beautiful place, staff are amazing, and we would love to visit again!

All the staff was absolutely wonderful during our stay! We had the best experience at Bistro; all the staff was extremely personal and went above and beyond for us. My husband and I want to give a shout out to Daniela (hostess) and Edgar (waiter) who welcomed us each morning with such kindness. Edgar was very attentive to detail and made our dining experience so special and memorable! They even did something special for my husband and I, since we were on our Honeymoon! I can confidently say this resort deserves much higher than a 5 star review. This vacation was the best experience I've ever had; I felt like I could truly sit back and relax. The staff takes such good care of you!

This is hands down one of the best all-inclusive stays! We went during Spring Break and in celebration of our oldest turning 6. Our concierge (Braulio and Alfonso) went above and beyond daily to make sure our kiddo was celebrated. Additionally there were a handful of other amazing staff that went above and beyond including: Astrid - Teens Club Ernesto & Rubicel - Azul Adolfo & Ángel - Lucca Dani - Chaka José | Irvin - Ambassador pool It was truly a great experience! Thank you!! Highly recommend.
