We had a week vacation in January and stayed at the Grand Velas, WOW!!! I cannot tell you how impressed we were of this property, service and accomodation. It was out of this world. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. They treated us like royalty...amazing. Rooms with private pool. I would recommend this hotel. Dream vacation...loved it! Still dreaming about it!!!

I just returned from a girls' trip to your fabulous hotel. Hands down, all six of us agreed that our time at the spa was the best spa experience we've ever had and we have been to many wonderful spas around the country (and internationally). We were also completely blown away by each and every staff member and our wonderful concierge (Marianna). The attention to detail, the attitudes and the overall joy that each staff member exuded made our time at Grand Velas an absolute dream. The food was delicious and we appreciated the extra "bells and whistles" for our friend celebrating her birthday on the trip. Bottom line, we have all come back raving about our experience and I have recommended your beautiful resort to many co-workers and friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a memorable time!

I have stayed at many all-inclusives in multiple destinations. Grand Velas Riviera Maya is head and shoulders above the rest and the very best I have ever experienced. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the property is impeccably maintained. Food at all-inclusives tend to be mediocre at best, but the food at Grand Velas is absolutely terrific. I am not a gourmet and don't pretend to be but the food here never fails to please and is absolutely distinctive in every way. The rooms are exceptional and the views are breathtaking. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I keep looking for a flaw and I just can't find it. Highly and enthusiastically recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.

This review is written for Gabriela from the Spa, Oscar from room service, Daniel from the Bistro and Nahun from Azul restaurant. You guys were amazing and excellent is not a good enough term to define the levels of service you provide. The management of Grand Velas just gets it. Your mission statement is well communicated to the folks who deal with the customers and it just works. Your hotel is amazing with great facilities, magnificently appointed rooms, excellent food and what else can one say. Keep it up
