Best vacation ever! Stayed in the Grand Class,room was beautiful, pool is unbelievable. Food was amazing. Please give Roberto our butler and Angel by the ambassador pool a raise! I will come back again. My only questionable remark was Autor restrurant we did not enjoy. The service was great did not like the food.

We visited And enjoyed our stay. Bautista was extremely a great pool server at the pool by the spa. The room was very nice, resort was beautiful. The restaurants were good. We did not enjoy the restaurant Azul, Sen Lin, or the Frida. We liked the Luca, bistro, and the Piaf.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Grand Class Suites at Grand Velas. We can't say enough about how perfect the entire experience was. From the moment we were greeted by our personal concierge, we were completely impressed by this resort and its friendly, and eager to please staff. The accommodations were beautiful; our king bed suite on the top floor was spotless, spacious, well appointed and had a spectacular view. Every single member of the staff was friendly and happy to serve. They often went above and beyond and were happy to accommodate any request. The restaurants are truly delicious, especially Piaf and Frida. The spa is one of the greatest ones we have ever visited. We would highly recommend Grand Velas, Mayan Riviera, and can hardly wait for the opportunity to return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!
