We have been to Grand Velas 3 times and absolutely love it. We had been to one other all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya before and the food there just wasn't up to par. Grand Velas's food is outstanding and the service impeccable. The staff is so friendly. We will always remember Pedro, Rodrigo, and Marco at the Ambassador pool. They were so attentive and always served with a smile. We stayed in the Zen section, which is so peaceful and relaxing. Claudia was our concierge and took care of every last detail of our stay, and continually checked on us to see if we needed anything. Chakka was our favorite place for breakfast and we were so well taken care of by all, especially hostess Jasmine (Yasmeen?) and waiters Willie and Antonio. The staff treats everyone like family and they aim to please. We will probably never even try another resort because Grand Velas is just perfect.

I have stayed at many all-inclusives in multiple destinations. Grand Velas Riviera Maya is head and shoulders above the rest and the very best I have ever experienced. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the property is impeccably maintained. Food at all-inclusives tend to be mediocre at best, but the food at Grand Velas is absolutely terrific. I am not a gourmet and don't pretend to be but the food here never fails to please and is absolutely distinctive in every way. The rooms are exceptional and the views are breathtaking. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I keep looking for a flaw and I just can't find it. Highly and enthusiastically recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.

You guys were amazing and excellent is not a good enough term to define the levels of service you provide. The management of Grand Velas just gets it. Your mission statement is well communicated to the folks who deal with the customers and it just works. Your hotel is amazing with great facilities, magnificently appointed rooms, excellent food and what else can one say. Keep it up

This resort is most impressive, and my stay was once of the best I've ever experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The hotel itself and the grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The service is top notch and the staff "bend over backwards" to assist you with any request. The food presentations are creative and lovely, plus the food tastes wonderful! The beach is clean and has powdery white sand. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a stay in this area of Mexico. I never write reviews, but I felt I had to endorse the Grand Velas. The overall experience was one of the best I've ever had and I hope I have a chance to return there again. My only complaint is that my time there was too short!
